At Uniprint, we are committed to delivering your customized products safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Customized orders (uniforms, printed t-shirts, mugs, etc.) may take 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity and order quantity.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship through trusted courier partners across India.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
  • In remote or rural areas, delivery may take 7–12 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Payment Policy for Customized Products

  • All customized or personalized products must be prepaid.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized orders (such as printed uniforms, t-shirts, mugs, etc.).
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
  • Standard (non-customized) products may be eligible for COD, subject to availability and location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.
  • For bulk international orders, please contact us directly at uniprint.in@gmail.com.

7. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, Uniprint is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution (replacement/refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy).
