At Uniprint, we strive to deliver the best quality customized products and printing solutions. Since many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in compliance with Razorpay’s requirements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customized products (with logos, names, or personalized designs) are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during delivery.
- Standard (non-customized) products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- A valid order ID/receipt must be provided for all return or refund requests.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please email us at uniprint.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange:
- A replacement of the same item, OR
- A refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized uniforms, t-shirts, mugs, or any other personalized items.
- Discounted or clearance sale items.
- Products returned without prior approval.
4. Refund Process (Razorpay Transactions)
- Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
- Refund initiation: within 5–7 business days after verification.
- Refund reflection: may take 7–10 additional business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification once the refund is processed by Razorpay.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If a cancellation is requested before printing or dispatch, we may issue a partial or full refund (based on work already done).
